How To Disable The Interior Motion Sensor
To lock the vehicle without arming the interior motion sensor, press the lock switch on the key once.
The vehicle will lock. The interior motion sensor is disabled. The tilt sensor is disabled. The interior door handles remain enabled. The alarm will sound if a door is opened.
The interior motion sensor should be disabled if the vehicle is locked with the windows open or animals inside the vehicle.
